Rachel Locke is the a Special Projects Consultant to CEHN, assisting with various program activities, events, and reports essential to CEHN's mission. She is from Arlington, Virginia, and is a 2014 graduate from the University of Virginia, double majoring in Leadership and Public Policy in the Frank Batten School, and Environmental Thought and Practice.  She is currently a student at the Columbia Mailman School of Public Health in pursuit of her MPH. 
 
Prior to working at CEHN, Rachel has interned with the Environmental Law Institute, participated in the Fellowship program with the Piedmont Environmental Council, taught group and private swim lessons, and was a camp counselor for many years.
 
Rachel is excited to use her academic and career background to work on a range of projects at CEHN to further its success in protecting children from environmental health hazards and promoting policies that focus on public health.
